Congress Date and Venue
It will be held between 26 - 27 September 2025 at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine Morphology Campus Ord. Prof. Dr. Abdülkadir Noyan Conference Hall.

Congress Language
The language of the congress is Turkish.

Invitation Letter

All participants who have registered will be sent an invitation letter upon request. This letter is only intended to assist the participant in obtaining permission from their institution.

Name Badge

All participants, accompanying persons and company representatives can obtain their badges from the registration desk. Badges must be worn at all scientific and social activities during the congress.

Participation Certificate

All participants who register for the congress will be given a certificate of participation.

Booth Areas

During the congress, a large area has been allocated for companies that have products in the fields of medicine, medical supplies, devices and books to exhibit their products. Congress registration is required to enter the exhibition areas.

Payment

Payments will be made in TL and will be made by bank transfer or credit card. The participant will be responsible for any expenses incurred from the bank transfer.

Cancellation / Refund Conditions

Detailed information about the cancellation and refund conditions of the congress is stated on the registration - accommodation pages, and there will be no application other than these. In case of any restrictions imposed by the Ministry of Health within the scope of COVID-19 measures, our congress will be held online. Accordingly, accommodation and transfer payments made will be refunded to you after the bank charges are deducted at the end of the congress. Registration and sponsorship payments will be transferred to the online congress and there will be no refund.
